1. Data Ownership & Storage

Vaidya Panjika is an offline-first application. All patient records, prescriptions, and clinical data are stored locally on your device. Anytime Anywhere Healthtech Pvt. Ltd. does not have access to your local database unless you utilize our Cloud Insurance service.

2. Cloud Insurance & Backups

For users subscribed to our "Cloud Insurance" (Data Backup) service, encrypted copies of your database are securely synchronized to our AWS S3 servers. This data is used solely for recovery purposes in the event of hardware failure.

3. Information We Collect

Account Info: Name, Clinic Name, Email (company.aahealthtech@gmail.com), and Phone Number for licensing.
Technical Logs: Minimal data regarding app crashes to improve software stability.

4. WhatsApp Communication

By using our WhatsApp integration, you agree to handle patient data in compliance with WhatsApp’s Business Policy. We do not sell or share patient contact info with third parties.
